Quake Live Problems? Try the official Quake Live FAQ!
For a while we've been trying to help people with our unofficial Quake Live FAQ page. This page mostly includes general gameplay and customization tips and guides.
A few weeks ago, however, a more technical and official Quake Live FAQ about the game was created by the Quake Live crew.
Some of the questions answered in the official Quake Live FAQ:
What are the QUAKE LIVE System Requirements?
Where can I provide feedback, suggestions and follow QUAKE LIVE's progress?
I am receiving an Error Code alert, what does it mean?
How can I contact QUAKE LIVE technical support?
Another effort to support players with questions is the unofficial #Quakelive.Support channel managed by B^ and supported by several other volunteers.

But what exactly is this AGP Tour you're talking about?
The AGP (Association of Gaming Professionals) Tour is an organization that mainly caters the professional gamers playing Quake Live duels on a competitive level. More specifically the AGP Tour:
DerQuaker.com Dell Movie Contest: The Results Are In!
It's not our tradition to report about news that's not about Quake Live, but this time we just had to make an exception.
Over the past few weeks DerQuaker.com, together with own3d.tv, organized a Quake 3 movie contest sponsored by Dell. The requirements were that the video was about Quake 3 and lasted no longer than 99 seconds.
The prizes included a Dell Mini 9 Netbook for first place and cash money for all top 3 finishers.
