QQC TDM Nations Cup 2010 Playoffs
Tonight was the last groupstage game for the QuakeQuickCup NC 2010 TDM and for Sweden to get a spot in the playoffs, it needed a solid 2-0 mapvictory over the Netherlands, in order to bump Finland from the 2nd spot.
ASUS ENC 2010 Qualifications started!
In a previous post where ESL confirmed Quake Live to be part of their upcoming European Nations Cup, they now seem to have partnered up with ASUS for this 12 slot Nations tournament and qualifications are set to go next week!
QQC Groupstages about to complete
5 weeks of serious TDM Quake Live action, that's what the groupstage of the Quake Quick Cup TDM Nations Cup 2010 was all about! This week we've seen the remaining games between Russia and UK (week 5) on Tuesday, and yesterday Hungary vs Italy from week 4, and that only leaves the clash of Sweden with the Netherlands!
Clanbase NC Groups!
The qualifier rounds have completed, so the CB Quake Live crew worked out the groups for both the Capture The Flag and Team Deathmatch nations cups.
TDM will see 2 groups of 5 teams, but a stronger signup for the CTF campaign sees 15 teams compete in 4 groups, so good games are coming towards us!
ESL adds Quake Live to their Nations Championship 2010
The more the merrier, but this time with an added value!
That must have been ESL's motto when adding Quake Live to their Nations Championship game pool.
The game will see the TDM gametype being listed, in a - as usual - 4on4 setup.
Clanbase NC 2010 qualifiers
The next step towards the full start of the Clanbase Nation cups are the qualifying rounds for several nations to make it to grab those last spots in the groups.
For both TDM and CTF 4 teams have to do a qualification between the 20th and 27th of January as that's when the groups will be announced.
