ESWC is back!

The Electronic Sports World Cup organization is back on their feet.
Earlier this year, Games-Services, the French company that hosted the ESWC’s went bankrupt and as such, all activities concerning ESWC ceased as well. A grave hit for the eSports community. But in 2010 the ESWC will be reborn!
Another French company, called DIP-Organisation, took over ESWC in August 2009 by acquiring the ESWC brand name and both internet domains www.eswc.com and www.esworldcup.com
The 7th ESWC is planned to run from June 30 to July 4, 2010 in Disneyland Paris and will feature a bunch of games. Qualifications will start in January 2010, and DIP aims for 32 countries to participate.
For now, Quake Live is not mentioned anywhere, but still, the return of ESWC is definitely worth mentioning!
