   Hello everybody,

   1st. I'm new in this Forum and know here are the experts I learned much about QL with this Site.
   I tried to customize my QL-config and got a problem - hope somebody can help me.

   InGame my texture looks weird. I downloaded the QuakeLiveConfigGenreator from this Site and set it to Pro Gamer. Now it's hard to play like this and i wanna know how i reset this?
   Just the floor and all around - it's just bright and dark :/

   something to do with r_overbright, check if you have this and set it to 0

   post again when you checked this!

   set r_overbrightbits "1"
   set r_mapoverbrightbits "2"

   that's my settings

   EDIT:
   hmm .. i reset the settings and delete config .. but still it does not work ...

   r_fullbright 0

   check that, i was wrong, the white-wall effect is not from overbright but from r_fullbright 1 (i think, don't shoot me :p )

   Maybe its something with R_lightmap 0 or 1.

   Yeah, i searhed in cfg and found r_fullbright. It was setted to 1 and 0 was the solution for that problem ;D
