well i watched it and it looks really good... much better than the version i have right now. I just recently bought the quakepack from steam which is all the quakes except 4 and it looks quite bad but i played it until i got my ql invite which by the way whenever i go to join a server about 7 times out of 10 it gives me the error server 6, expected 3 something like that, but what im concerned about is in that video the game looked very much better so can anyone point me into the direction im looking for????

The get quaked video is a Quake 3 video created by (I think) shaolin productions.
They use custom configs for optimal viewability. Probably tons of aftereffects as well.If you want high details just put everything on the max and set Anti Aliasing to the maximum in your video card settings (if your PC has a video card, of course).
