    I thought I post my application here as well, since not everybody visits the Quakelive forums.

    With my application you can easily create a custom configuration to be used by Quakelive. It is still in beta so if you encounter any bugs or faulty cvars, or have suggestions, do let me know.

    Looks great Yamanaka. I've seen it on the private beta forums as well

    We'll definitely make an announcement about it on the frontpage.
    But we're also working on something else that's very similar to what you have done here, so we're still looking how we should bring it out (also considering the NDA and all).

    Thanks a lot for making a frontpage announcement about it. I really appreciate that. If you could make me the author of the page as well that would be great, since I still update the program a lot.

    Allright, how does that Wordpress work? I looked at most of the options but I dont got a clue how to edit my post, it is soo unclear.

    Yamanaka, when you enter the dashboard you can find a button "Posts" in the top bar. When you hover over it, you will get a few options. You then click "Edit" and it will bring you to the next screen where you can find your post to edit.

    Yeah I tried that, and then I click on the "View" below the post and then I just see the item without any edit button somewhere on the page. Either I cant edit it yet or Wordpress is a very unclear program.

    Btw, where do I change the images? Preferably a link to my ftp so I just update it there and it automatically gets updated here as well!

    Changing images is easy.

    You need to be in the dashboard for that (http://www.holysh1t.net/wp-admin).

    Go to the menu "gallery" --> "Manage gallery" --> delete the old pictures and then upload the new pictures in the same gallery (gallery --> add gallery/images).

    Hi Yamanaka. Great work on program. A little question. Could you add option to add configuration from custom cfg that we have in out baseq dir.

    That would be possible but a lot of work. You also would not be able to add every cfg option in there since I dont have every command in my application.

    So I will stick to what my cfg generates. I will add a small textbox later where you can add whatever you like what I dont have and that will be saved as well if you so please.

    Hm I think I misswriten (<-- Not a word :)?) my post. I though about loading conf files already created.

    It could be posible (without extensive work (I think)). You could just crossreference which options already in cfg file are possible to edit with Config Generator. So there would be no problem with unavalible options.

    Maybe there would be a note: This, this and this option are leftout of editing.

    I must say this tool is really nice, worked flawlessly for me and is faster than making your own cfg. This have made the game much more enjoyable for me, many thanks!

    Nice program you have idd. Helped to make my QL config much faster But there's one error i found: in Keybindings/Advanced Weapon Settings you need to choose the number crosshair 2 from the combobox...if you write '2' in the crosshair box, it wont be updated to the config file. Dunno if thats a bug or a feature GL on making it better!
