You get an operator assigned to you who will assist you. That's the way it works, otherwise you get booted (no problem = no business being there) I would suggest them to expand their "hello new problemchild" message to indicate how it works, because now i just found it kind of rude to be booted before even being able to ask what the thing is all about.
