		<description>Only join when you really have a problem, it&#039;s not meant to be a channel to idle to see what&#039;s going on and even perhaps help out when you can.
You get an operator assigned to you who will assist you.
That&#039;s the way it works, otherwise you get booted (no problem = no business being there)

I would suggest them to expand their &quot;hello new problemchild&quot; message to indicate how it works, because now i just found it kind of rude to be booted before even being able to ask what the thing is all about.</description>
