Using the %appdata% system variable doesn?t work if you have offline files, or possibly if you?re joined to a domain. Not sure what it was that caused the problem, but this works.

It's too often taken for granted that people know how to watch replays, but for noobs like me who want to watch high-level Pro play, it can be terribly confusing (especially since we think of "demos" as referring to those free trials of games). I look forward to the future when it's as simple as selecting "watch replays" from the menu screen, and the rest is taken care of.
