QuakeCon 2009 registration

Probably the most exciting event of the year for all quake fans, QuakeCon, is coming! The new QuakeCon 2009 website tells us all about it.

This year’s event will be held at the Hilton Anatole – Dallas, Texas from Aug 13th – 16th. This means you can combine a great gaming experience with a luxurious stay at one of the famous Hilton hotels.

Organized, executed, and sustained by volunteer effort, QuakeCon is first and foremost a community of gamers. We’re brought together by a common love for gaming, and the desire to share our passions.

For some, this means playing in a world class tournament. For others it means the opportunity to meet and interact with game developers. But for most, it means fragging their friends on our massive Bring Your Own Computer network.

The details for QuakeCon 2009’s competition have not yet been announced. Though, we can be fairly sure there will be a Quake Live competition.

Registrations for QuakeCon 2009 start tomorrow, Friday Mar 6th, 2009 at 20.30CET. Have fun to everyone who gets the chance to take part of this great event!
