Largest Quake Live beta invitation to date

The Id software crew very recently announced they will soon be sending out their largest batch of invites for the Quake Live beta yet to date. It is estimated that over 10,000 new beta invites will be sent out, allowing plenty of new people to try the experience that is Quake Live, nearly doubling their current userbase.

When will they release these new Quake Live beta keys/invites? Id software sends out invites all the time. Yet this huge invitation will officially start the 5th of January.

How many invites each existing beta player will receive is still unknown. My guess would be each beta player will get at least 4 new invites to start with. Id software will probably invite a ton of people from the quakelive.com signup list as well, which probably has grown quite large by now.

If you wish to be invited by an existing beta tester, leave your details in the Holysh1t Quake Live invites forum topic, or ask around in the #qlpickup.eu channel on quakenet.

The details needed by existing beta players for an invite to go as smooth as possible are the following:

1. Name and last name
2. Email
3. Skill (beginner/advanced/intermediate)
